"Changing my booking was honestly easy"
I had to switch my hotel dates at the last minute, I think it was a week or two before the trip, maybe less, and booking.com made it way easier than I expected. I just went into my trip details, found the modify option, and changed the dates myself without needing to call anyone.
The updated price showed up before I confirmed everything, which I really appreciated because I didn’t want any surprises. I got the confirmation email pretty much right away too. It definitely took some stress off my plate

"Map search was really convenient"
I used the map search to find a place close to the station, and it made things way easier. It saved me from clicking around forever, which I appreciated. Has anyone else found it that handy, or had any trouble with it?

"Genius discounts actually saved me money"
Use Booking.com mostly because of the Genius loyalty perks. After a few trips, started seeing actual discounts pop up, and sometimes free breakfast or a room upgrade too.

Not every hotel has the good deals, but when it does work, it really makes a difference. Booked a weekend stay last month and ended up paying less than my friend who used another site.

App is simple enough to use, and like that the rewards show up right away instead of feeling hidden. Happy with it so far

"Easier Than I Remembered"
I booked a hotel and ended up having to change my plans at the last minute. From what I remember, the cancellation process was straightforward, and the refund showed up a few days later. It wasn’t totally perfect, but looking back, it was way less stressful than I expected.

It showed me the full total before I confirmed, taxes included, so there were no surprises 🙌 My card was charged the exact amount, and the receipt landed in my email quickly. Not gonna lie, booking itself works fine, but the search results can be kind of mixed. Sometimes it shows hotels that don’t really match the filters I picked, which gets a little annoying when I’m trying to compare options

Not gonna lie, I was a little frustrated at first because the hotel accidentally charged me extra. Booking.com support took a bit longer than I would’ve liked to get back to me, but they did follow up with the hotel and got everything sorted out. It wasn’t a perfect experience, but I did feel like they took responsibility and helped fix the problem.

I use Booking.com a lot and haven’t had any major privacy drama with it. The app lets you control most of the settings, which is nice, but some of the email and tracking options are kinda buried and a bit annoying to hunt down. Still feels safe enough when I’m booking trips, so I’m cool with it. Would be way better if they made the data choices more obvious. Solid 4 stars from me

"Handled a suspicious booking issue fairly"
I got a strange message from the property asking me to pay outside Booking.com, which didn’t sit right with me. I reported it, and to be fair, Booking.com got back to me quickly and warned me not to send any money. They helped keep the booking secure and I didn’t end up out of pocket. I know mistakes and dodgy messages can happen, but I really appreciate that they took it seriously and dealt with it properly. 5 stars from me.

I had a good experience with Booking.com’s security. When I signed in from a new device, I got an alert right away, and having to enter the extra code actually made me feel more secure... Changing my password was simple too! Nothing over the top, just worked the way it should. 5 stars from me.

"Refund Took a Few Days, But It Worked Out"
I had to cancel a hotel booking and wasn’t sure how smooth the refund process would be. booking support took a little while to get back to me, but they did respond, and the money showed up in my account after a few days. I do wish the updates were a bit clearer along the way, but in the end everything was sorted out without much hassle. Overall, I’m satisfied with how it turned out.

"Clean, cozy, and totally worth it"
I was really happy with this stay. The place was super clean and looked exactly like the photos, which was such a relief. The room felt comfy, the bathroom was nice, and you could tell everything was well taken care of. Check-in was easy, and it was wonderfully quiet at night. For the price, I felt like it was a great deal. I’d definitely stay here again.

Booking was super easy, and the host got back to me really quickly. They sent clear check-in info and answered my little questions without making it feel like a hassle. the only reason anything felt a bit off was just bad timing on my end, but the host was great and made the whole thing smooth.

The place was mostly just like the photos and description, so that was a huge relief! There was one tiny thing missing, which I noticed right away and was mildly dramatic about for about five seconds, but it wasn’t a big deal at all. Booking.com was totally fine and straightforward!!! The check-in info came through by message, and the host got back to me really quickly!!! I did have to ask once about the door code, but it was sorted out fast, so no stress!!! Overall, no big issues and everything went smoothly!!!

I like using Booking.com because switching the language is super easy, and I can actually understand the hotel details without overthinking it. I thought the translated reviews might be a little hit or miss, actually, they ended up being really helpful when I was booking a place in another country.

"I booked a hotel last minute through…"
I booked a hotel last minute through booking.com and, i was kind of worried the reservation maybe wouldn’t show up or something. But, yeah, when I got there, everything was already set and ready to go. No phone calls, no weird check-in issues, no drama at all. I just gave them my name and got my room, which is basically exactly what I needed. So, yeah, easy 5 stars from me
